訂製前注意事項

訂製多久會到貨？

製作工時為25至30天。基本上會提早，出貨會以簡訊通知您。

設計圖與成品差異

在平面設計的初稿和最終成品之間可能存在一些無法避免的差異，若您能接受這樣的差異，我們將竭盡所能，確保您訂購的戒指達到您的理想標準。

無法退貨與換貨

客製化商品無法退貨與換貨，商品享3個月保固服務。保固期間內如正常使用仍發生損傷狀況，請立即聯繫我們，我們將提供維修服務。依損壞狀況可能有費用產生。

戒指尺碼問題

EDJ銀飾店均採用美國圍（簡稱：美圍）製作戒指，尺碼均可客製化，還不知道戒圍尺寸立即前往戒圍量測教學。

關於材質問題

材質均採用純度99.9%銀。如有特殊需求可事先詢問，可能有費用產生。

關於付款與配送

訂製商品無法使用任何貨到付款，需全額付款後才進行製作。付款方式提供：超商代碼、信用卡一次付清與國內分期零利率、ATM轉帳、LINE Pay、PayPal。台灣配送方式均使用黑貓宅配，海外順豐速運，以上皆免運。
