1. It is recommended to remove each piece of jewelry while bathing, exercising, soaking in hot springs, sleeping, or coming into contact with seawater. This helps prevent pressure, collisions, sweat, and dirt from getting trapped in the gaps, which can lead to metal oxidation, peeling, or deformation.

2. Avoid pulling, swinging, pressing, or rubbing jewelry with sharp objects. Although metals have some elasticity, repeated bending can cause metal fatigue, leading to significant wear, deformation, or breakage.

General Storage and Cleaning

1. To prevent dust and oxidation, store jewelry in a zip-lock bag when not in use and keep it in a cool, dry place.

2. For general cleaning, use a soft cloth dampened with water, and dry thoroughly before storing it back in the bag.

3. Each piece of jewelry comes with maintenance and repair services. For deep cleaning and repair needs, it is not advisable to handle it yourself. Please contact us directly for professional assistance.

About Rings

1. Temperature can affect ring size; fingers may be larger in summer and smaller in winter, with a difference of about half a size to one size. Measure in the evening at room temperature for the most accurate size.

2. Due to metal's thermal conductivity, rings may expand or contract in high or extreme cold temperatures. It is recommended to remove rings to avoid discomfort from skin contact.

Ring Size

1. Some rings are adjustable, and the website will indicate the adjustable range. If the adjustment range is too large, it may cause deformation or loose stones. Deformation or damage will not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. For orders placed on our official website, you can exchange the ring size once within 7 days of receiving the product. Please refer to our return and exchange policy.

3. EDJ Silver Accessory Shop uses American ring sizes. Please refer to our size chart and measurement guide for more details. If you have special sizing requirements, feel free to ask us.

Necklaces&Chains

1. Some styles use S925 silver chains, which are softer. Avoid pulling the chain with your fingers as it may break. Repairs will involve soldering, which may affect the original appearance of the chain.

Necklace Length

1. Standard lengths for men's necklaces are 50 cm (20 inches) and 55 cm (22 inches). For women, standard lengths are 40 cm (16 inches) and 45 cm (18 inches). Various lengths are available for chain products.

2. We offer length modification services. Each product page indicates if modification is available. Once modified, items cannot be returned or exchanged, and cash on delivery is not available. Please specify the desired length in the order notes.

Bracelets&Bangles

1. Open bracelets retain some elasticity but are not recommended for self-adjustment. Please wear according to the recommended wrist size specified on the webpage. If deformation occurs, you can send it to us for repair, which may incur a fee.

3. For clip-on earrings: Wearing time may cause discomfort or pain, which varies by individual. If discomfort occurs, remove them immediately.

4. For magnetic earrings: Magnetic clip-ons use strong magnets, which have lasting power. If you experience pain or discomfort, remove them immediately.

Earring Backings

1. For screw backs: Different styles come with various types of screw backs. If lost, you can purchase replacements from us.

2. For push backs: The backing uses a push mechanism to secure the earring post. Ensure it is aligned vertically and fully inserted, as a misaligned angle may cause it to fall off.

3. For screw-on backs: These are designed to be the most secure. Frequent removal may wear out the threads. If lost or damaged, replacements are available from us.

About Anklets
